I still have that cressi technica.  XL but is a 5mm.   It should fit you pretty good.  I was 5'8" and 220 and fit most of  me.  It was tight around the gut and the arms and legs were a tad long. 

I won't be diving anytime soon.  We close on our house tomorrow so I'll be tied up with that.
