Good to hear everything worked out well. Expect to spend some time reading the manual and getting used to it out on the water. It's worth every minute of it though.

Got mine set up and took it for a paddle on Sun.  So far so good.  Since this is my first FF I have nothing to compare it too.

Any body know how the Lowrance X-4 Pro compares to these Hummingbird 150 - 170's???
Cabelas has the X-4's in their Bargin Cave for $85 which is $15 off the cover price.
i was about to pull the triger on teh 170 till i saw this for sale.
