Fishing for LMB on a stand up paddle board. Vid included

Hey everyone,
Yesterday my buddy took me to this private pond located in Clements to fish for bass. I sold my fishing kayak last week and I am waiting to get a new one in so I decided to take out a couple of small rec stand up paddle boards made by Emotion. I strapped my milk crate to the back and off I went. It was perfect for this little pond, the boards were stable, easy to paddle and made a great platform for sight casting. They are not the best for going any distance, but for where we where I don't think you could have a better set up. I think I'm going to throw a scotty base on the front with an extender so I can reach it, and make this my new LMB fishing craft for small lakes and rivers. For under $400 you cant loose. So in an hour and a half of fishing we landed 8 small, LMB and lost about 5 or 6 more due to the barbless hook we had to use. Still it was a great way to start off the day before work. I hope to take the board to Rancho Seco this weekend and see how I do there.

For sure James. I have six in stock and a few for rental. I'm going to go ahead and rig one up with some scotty mounts for fishing as well, so you are welcome to come by and take it fishing.
