The Ab Diver that died near Fort Ross on Thursday was a former employee of mine when I was a supervisor on the workroom floor.  Jason was a very hard worker and well like by his fellow employees; this news has literally stunned all the employees today when they heard the story.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends; Rest in Peace.

It's always sad when we lose someone and worse when they are young like him. My best wishes to his family.

When I was contracting at Wells Fargo Internet Banking in SFf, I worked closely with a SharePoint developer in his mid-40s with two young kids. two weeks after I left I heard he was playing soccer (as he usually did on the weekend) and suddenly felt very tired—he sat down on the  bench and had a fatal heart attack minutes later. It was shocking for all of us there. It is so sad.
