now I have to find someelse to store the frame; maybe in the storage well.....

The frame will fit I'll show you a step by step set of pictures of how to get it in there when I get home. I have a gooped transducer and factory battery bag in there and there is still plenty of room for all.

I have yet to take my wheels with me in the boat. I either lock them up at the launch or put them back in the truck. Man you are going 1st class.  Awesome job. Do you own a bank or something? :smt006 :smt003

Wow. Alot of people shakin those Wheeleez pom-poms like nothing else will do.
Hey,I use them too, but there is alot of room for improvement and there are options out there that might deserve some looking at.
I really like the look of the Malone's HandiKart. You dont have to deflate or inflate the wheeels and the cart wont fold up on you when the terrain gets really rough. It still breaks down to fit in your boat and it weighs in at 6.7#s. It  is marketed to still roll over the sand with 200#s of weight and I found 1 online for $115.
Stainless frame and a lifetime warranty.
Paddleboy has some very interesting carts as well and they seem to be focusing on carrying the bigger SOTs.
Its tough to tell in the pictures if some of the tires are fatty enough for sand use.
Im not bashing the wheeleez. They are a sufficient product, just not the only and I would hate to see the NCKA fall into uninformed absolutism.

What is the real difference in the mini vs the full size? I need a cart and was wondering about the smaller one.

The mini is WAY too small for our yaks. It's designed for small, narrow sit inside yaks. I bought the mini first, then regretted it, sold it and bought the full size.

Some will say you can make your own, or you can get away without buying the grossly expensive full size Wheeleze. They may be right in some situations, but they are definitely in the minority/don't mind extra hassle/have phenomenal fabrication skills. If you are looking to buy one cart that will do everything and last for years (5 years and counting on mine right now with zero problems), then you should learn from the mistakes and multiple purchases the rest of us have made. Just take the hit and buy the full size Wheeleze. It will be cheaper in the long run instead of trying to find a way around it like the rest of us did.
How is the Wheeleze on rough terrain?  We do lots of camping in the Tahoe area and most of the time and we will be rolling these down the trails

Just use two straps minimum to tie the yak to the cart. I also have a small carabiner through one of the pad eyes behind the seat of my T140, and I put the forward-most strap through that to keep the whole deal from slipping backward toward the stern. Once it is secure, the cart will not fold up or come loose no matter how deep the sand or big the rock. On hard surfaces the smaller 'all terrain" wheels out perform the fat "moon" tires.

I use the Mini ballon tires on my sea kayak and I have dragged it down stairs and across rocky shorelines, The big ones are even larger and better. For your small Yak you could probably get away with the mini's and then they would still fit in your front hatch + save you a bunch of money.  :smt002
