Abu Garcia Revo Toro 50

Was looking to get one and wanted to check with the masses, is this a good deal? 

$202.49 with free shipping and no sales tax.

Probably not an apple-to-apple comparison, but I got a new Toro 61 lefty from ebay for $160 a couple months back. I haven't looked lately, but I used to see them go for $140-$180. $202 is not a bad deal, but it's not a great deal, I think.

Where did you get such a great deal Jed?

I bought them on EBay. Every now and then you'll come across something that is
hard to pass up and this was the reel I was looking for. I hope they still have this
deal going on.

yeah keep on ebay. I got mine a few yrs back (maybe just last yr) for 199.

I'll be prowling ebay but might still purchase from Sports Chalet and hold onto it in the event I don't find anything on the aforementioned ebay.  If I can find a screaming deal, I can always return the original to SC.

Were both of you guys lucky enough to get it brand new or did you purchase used?  There's one on there now for $153 but it's used and because I'm not a huge ebay person, the used aspect makes me a little nervous.

I learned my lesson from buying used clubs and I was told that it was used just a
few times. When I finally received the merchandise, it was all beat up. Never again
will I buy used unless I know the person or see the product first. In other words, I
bought both reels brand new.
