Wow Juan, that is one plump pig in that last picture. My guess is the pigs build the nests or maybe peta sneaks in and builds them for the oinkers comfort.  :smt003

Juan, Its been nothing but tuff times for me bro! Last year i was just to focused on AOTY, but this year there shouldnt be any excuses cause i dont think im gonna be in aoty this year! Cant afford it really! Just bought a home with my girl and u know what that means, more responsiblities! Plus, I have to focus on getting more work this year and therefore wouldnt be able to fish AOTY like i want to. So that means, less fishin, but more huntin! Food has to be put on the table!!! lol..i should start shootin the bow!

Went up early this morning for a "couple of hours" and just got home a bit ago. It's hard to leave when you are hanging out in the woods on such a beautiful day. No pig for me.....didn't even sniff one. Landed six ticks (that I know of so far). Mid day hung with Juan and Chad and watched their antics. I said my good byes and was headed home ...got half way down the mountain and went back and stayed in the woods until dark. Lots of deer, squirrels, quail, rabbits, robins and other critters making lots of noise which kept me on my toes.

Juan needs to change his name to William Tell.....

Yup.. Nice shot Juan.  It's amazing how accurate a bow can be in experienced hands.
If you enjoy archery trick shots, you'll enjoy this:

I have a lot of fun trying stuff like that at home.  It's great practice.  I just wish I had a camera setup to record some of the crazy shots I've made.

Can't wait to hit the lake again with Freddie and the gang next week for a chance to arrow a hog.
Juan, are you gonna be there to join us?
