Even after watching the video I'm still not sure what that thing is for. Maybe people with disabilities?

I could see it being used for temporary mobility issues. Easier for folks to use than crutches or knee scooters.  If it could be programmed to go to a destination, in a large facility it could take you on a tour, or to a specific dept.

the old shoesters(shoe repairmen) will be greatful for the extra work in resoleing fees= looks like you balance it with your toes and after a day or two, i'm sure they will be worn down pretty good.

who wastes money on R&D and then OK's such useless things?  :smt012
