The ICOM M72 has an available earpiece.

I just got one.  :smt003

Didn't get the earpiece, though.

I went to West Marine in Santa Rosa to look at the Uniden Voyager. Turns out that they discontinued the microphone for that radio. So my next choices were the VHF150 or the Standard Horizon model they had. I asked if they matched competitor's pricing and the manager said yes, so I mentioned to him the price I saw the ICOM for online and asked if I bring in the ad would he match it. He said no need for the ad, he'd match that price. Sweet!

He also went on to tell me how he just got back from a convention and the reps there had the M72 in a container of water for the whole show. Whenever someone wanted to see it they took it out of the water and demo'ed it, then threw it back in the water.

I did the research and I was already sold before he told me that! I'll see how it works out.
