I got mine right away. I opened it, popped in a bag and the bottom seal wouldn't stay in. I thought crap, I got my $24 worth. I called the number on the box and the customer service guy shipped out a new seal kit and some free bags. Next day customer service calls and asked if I'm happy?. I said no. They asked why and I said I bought a new Foodsaver and it didn't work. They sent out a huge variety pack of bags and called again. Are you happy?. Hell no. Why?. Same answer. Why didn't you fix it?. I shouldn't have to, I bought a new Foodsaver (Just being a pain in the ass).  I think I'm getting a new unit and more bags. Food saver has great customer service. I have mixed feelings about my overall experience. They can still win me over.  :smt005

Hope the new one they send you will work without any flaw or else... :smt044

Even if it works great, I may or may not be happy. I feel a bit traumatized by the whole affair.   :smt002
So I'm packing my bags for the Misty Mountains, where the spirits go...........
