This is a great and simple recipe - you can mix it up while the BBQ is heating up.  Baste often, put some of it over it for serving.  You can save the remainder of the sauce in the frig.  I think it might work with rockfish and lingcod, almost sure it would with halibut.

The slight tangy flavor of the honey mustard sauce compliments the buttery flavor of the sea bass fillets.
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 14 minutes

Total Time: 19 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds sea bass fillets, about 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick
1/4 cup white cooking wine
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, except fish, in a large mixing bowl. Add sea bass, making sure to coat very well. Preheat grill for high heat. Remove fish from marinade. Place fish on grill. Brush on some of the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes. Turn fish and apply marinade again. Cook for a remaining 5-7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. When done, remove from heat and serve.
