Nice report and fish there bro! Ive been hearing sly park gots a decent mack fishery and been thinking about hitting it for some time now...it may beat having to go all the way to tahoe! good job, fishworks

I saw the title of the lake and had to reflect where that was....took the kids there this past summer..
We may have hooked into some baby macks and couldn't figure what they were..

Love the pic on the Brookie...great colors..
I love the scenary there at Sly ...too bad for the summer time lice.

This Lake is a drag in the summer, way to many skiers and boats for the size of the lake...  Best time in my opinion is late December, early January.  That time the maks are in shallower water and a still actively feeding.
Everybody should have the opportunity to fish

Was looking forward to this report since you posted the hookup  :smt003  Wow, it was worth the wait!!!  :smt007  A guy at FW told me about Jenkinson and how he liked to jig for macks from his float tube.  Been wanting to see the lake ever since!  Btw, have any other pics of the lake itself?  Thanks for the report!!!

Very nice pictures and report , those fish are awesome ! Looks like I need to bring some of my striper minnow lures out and leave the F-9s in the tackle box .
