Sly park report

Nice report and fish there bro! Ive been hearing sly park gots a decent mack fishery and been thinking about hitting it for some time now...it may beat having to go all the way to tahoe! good job, fishworks

I saw the title of the lake and had to reflect where that was....took the kids there this past summer..
We may have hooked into some baby macks and couldn't figure what they were..

This Lake is a drag in the summer, way to many skiers and boats for the size of the lake...  Best time in my opinion is late December, early January.  That time the maks are in shallower water and a still actively feeding.

Was looking forward to this report since you posted the hookup    Wow, it was worth the wait!!!    A guy at FW told me about Jenkinson and how he liked to jig for macks from his float tube.  Been wanting to see the lake ever since!  Btw, have any other pics of the lake itself?  Thanks for the report!!!
