1/18/11 del valle , shadow cliffs , or elsewhere..

im off tomorrow and the weather looks great. thinking about del valle , they planted today. maybe the bass will bite with this warm weather if trout trolling gets boring. i went last wed and saw birds diving in the upper narrows around 2:00 pm. i reeled in my rods and hauled ass in my mirage rev. when i got there stripers were boiling all around my yak. i threw and trolled the area with everything i had. swimbaits, rapalas , diving plugs, and rattletraps, kastmasters,  nothing , no strikes. cool to see none the less.. i live in SF. anyone else heading out tomorrow? anywhere? maybe the plant will wake up stripers and or LMB OR SMB. ive only fished here twice. tho dilbeck gave me some inside pointers. thanks michael..
