Weather turned nice again so figured things would get active again. Unfortunately it has been below freeze temps. at night so harvest was tough missed alot by not getting out a few days earlier. But still what an amazing day everywhere I turned more activity.

Blewits just slice and saute those were in the backyard. They have a lot of water so use minimal oil/butter add to rice dish, They cook down for example big as my hand so had 4 with dinner.
Matsutakis big white ones are like steak crunch chewy cut in thick slices marinade and BBq saute or broil till soften. One good one will feed 2 or 3 people.
Slipery Jacks green one , has excellent flavor but most can't get past the texture hence the name. Those slice up put in bag of seasonings dehydrate and make chips.

Brian those were delicious.  I really liked the chips-slippery Jacks. I snuck a few onto my burger on Sunday, and it made it grub!
