Been asked info on subject so since I live so close it, went there and took some pictures.

This is view of the launch with a short bridge fm the parking lot.

View with someone about to launch their kayak.

View of the Bay from the Launch.

Option 1 for Parking: Right at the area of drop off.

Option 2: Parking at the other side of the drop off.

Option 3: Parking at the turn off before the Launch parking lot. Nature lovers park here and do their paintings.

Have not launched from here since I hv not gone for dino's on a yak yet though I have caught a 52" from the Bridge Pier. I do not think low tide would be a problem as I've seen water at the launch spot all the time even at very low tide.
Hope you find the information useful.

Going Fishing?
Winds from the south, hook in
    the mouth.
Wind from the east, bite the least.
Wind from the north, further off.
Wind from the west, bite the
    best.
