Tons of holiday snow in the Sierra!

Lots of snow means good things for us who like snow and water sports!
Got a chance to go up to Sugar Bowl yesterday for a sweet powder fest!
We'll be paddling on this same snow after it melts!

Be safe if you go up, ride with a buddy, wait for them, repeat.
If any NCKA bros want to rip up some pow days let me know!

I'm dragging out the ol' XC skis for waxing today!

My son Tyler is bumping chairs at Sierra this year. He is about 6' 8" so you can't miss him. Give him a shout if you go up.

P: xc will be sweet! that was my first snow love , learned a lot about snow in the backcountry, then started hitting track hard! probably the best overall workout there is!

BF: went there once last year, if i see your son i'll shout out that i'm in a heated AOTY battle with his pops!

I went skiing at Ashland over the holidays - man, there was actually too much powder for my wimpy legs.  After the first day, I couldn't wait for the groomed slopes.  A few beers at the lodge was my only pain killer.

we got 24" tuesday night-- which meant little one went to skiing lessons, and daddy surfed powder all morning...
