Reminds me of FM1's Idaho thread where the "best beer on tap" was bud in a bottle. You have just illustrated the opposite end of the spectrum.

I won't get to Tahoe until sometime in February  (the trip is fully funded as of yesterday, whoo-hoo!) but I'll take these pics as inspiration (but I'll have to add some baileys and bushmills for car bombs)

I dont drink muc,,,but when i do,,,,,i like to make it count. those micros are the only ones i touch(winter ales are good)

I can't keep up with all the microbrews and seasonals but it's good to see the classics represented.  Newcastle, Negra Modelo, and Guinness...  can't go wrong there.
