I am looking forward to watching it. In the preveiw they showed abalone diving either way it should be  a cool show since it is all to do with the area we live in and enjoy.

Yeah I seen the commercial, they show abalone diving and the narrator starts talking poaching.  I sure hope they represent the fishery and general diving community in its true light instead of making Abs out to be super endangered and most divers to be poaching scumbags.

I'm watching the show as I type this.  I love the show.  I'm pissed to see how far away the wardens backup is, how they dont have a helicopter supporting them.  How there is only ONE guy per vehicle.  Our states money is in the wrong places.  These guys are crazy to be chasing down poachers and weed farmers by themselvs.  I'd love to see them with immediate air support for when they are in the bush, with some better night vision.  Man I want to reach through the TV and start punching some of these people the fuck out.  I just watched one where they were going around SF's Chinatown, they didnt even have an interpreter with them.  These poor guys are dangerously under funded.  Anyhow, I'm getting off my soapbox now and back to the show.  Great Show!

Caught one episode last night, it was more about busting pot farmers and citing trespassers than protecting game.  I hope the wardens doubling as DEA field agents get increased pay for the extra risks they take dealing with the farmers.

yep, saw that mexican landscaping crew shakedown one = even they know it's like trying to stop a tidal wave.
......and there is only 1 DFG agent in all of SanFrancisco. WTF? trying to hunt down offenders in china town= good luck! :smt009

liked the episode where they busted the underage tweekers/drinkers in the Santa Cruz mountains.....while hearing gun fire in the background.

I think every warden should have a dog with 'em.....and put a tracking beacon on 'em so you know where your dog is going (when persuing a perp) AND so you can direct back up (helicopters) when needed.
