Night Time Lighting Requirements?

Hello,

Does anyone know what are the lighting requirements for kayaks at night?  I can't seem to find the law anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I know this isnt following the letter of the law, but putting a couple flashlights in the hull makes you extremely visible!

Thank you for the posts.  This is exactly what I needed to know! 

again not the legal answer but I keep a couple white glow sticks in my dry bag. I crack them and hang them from a rod tip for the early morning/foggy launches. Cheap and don't have to remember batteries.

I just ordered a Tektite Mark III LED white marker light.   It looks legit!
I'm going to install it into one of my empty pole holders.  This will definitely do the job.
