I just picked up a couple of danielson crab traps myself after reading these postings. Do you guys add weights to your traps, if so how much? I'm planning on crabbing shallow in HMB.

Yup I usually add 4-6 lbs or so.

I like the Promar Ambush conicle style loop trap.  I  can easily stack 5 traps on my yak and the soak time is very short.
