I need a retard-proof protocol (preferably w/ pictures) for mounting both flush AND scotty rod holders to a hobie mirage tandem.  

I'll start w/ just the two rod holders.  I'm taking suggestions for sequence, placement, etc. for the next 24 hours and then I'm busting loose w/ my dremel tool.  So gimme your tips asap.
