get 12 -18 lg white mushrooms.. remove stems.. in a cast iron skillet arrange "cup up" and heat with 1 tbs evoo.. when liquid appears in the cup carefully flip... (watch the spatter)...continue to heat till liquid is gone or 2 more mins.. turn off heat.. remove from pan and set on plate cup up.. remove any remaining liquid with a paper towel by blotting the center... mix costco artichoke dip and crab meat thoroughly spoon into cups... sprinkle with panko or Seasoned bread crumbs and mist lightly with evoo..(with mister) return to Skillet.... Broil till brown on top... do not burn... keep an eye on it.... allow to cool...  bisect and enjoy...jeff ... Ieatlikethat. :-)
