Capitola 2/21

Going to go on an exploratory mission for early season Halibut. Company welcome of course.

I have never fished out of Capitola so any pointers are appreciated.

What does the wether look like? I am dieing to go someware.

Right now it looks like a chance of rain, high around 60, NNW wind 12 mph gust to 25. If that holds to be true I won't be going out. I will make a decision Sunday night.
