I’m looking for a book review.  Has anyone out there has read this book:

Guide to Sea Kayaking in Central & Northern California

http://www.trails.com/catalog_product.asp?ProductFamilyID=%7BE3C5F557-B96D-11D3-812F-0010A4F53EF7%7D#trails

The overview makes this book sound like its geared more towards kayakers interested in a paddling trip from point A to B.  It also mentions 40 different trips.  So that means 80 spots to launch/land from in Central/Norcal.

Although its not a kayak fishing book, per se, the thought of new launch spots sounds interesting.

I haven't read it but I did come across it the other day on Amazon while looking for kayak books. I seem to remember that it got good reviews on Amazon.

Interesting thought about using it for launch locations.

I have that book. Bought it from Amazon as a packaged deal with "Adventure Kayaking: Trips from the Russion River to Monterey"

The guide rates each tour by skill, miles and trip time duration. It also has maps and location highlights.
I'm not familiar with most launch sites, so the directions are very helpful.
