80% of the rats I shoot with the pellet gun do backflips. Strange, dont really know why.
from your perspective it would be like getting hit with a football at 1000 ft per second= backflip!

I think he means the death-spasm thing they do, rather than the force of the impact.

When's the shootout?
Aspirins at 20 yards, or bottlecaps at 40?

Aspirins and bottlecaps...you must have plinked cans with ChuckE before...he's that good too.

Given to my by my grandpa....Can't tell you how many rodents fell to this. Many, Many great grandpa/grandson time we had. They all seemed to end with "....and lets not tell Grandma about this, OK?"

Goes through a 3/4" plywood with no problem.

I had one of these growing up and 10 pumps....the thing had some serious force. My great uncle and I would use it to take care of an explosion of squirrels that would end up eating all the walnuts and pecans on the property.

My dad had had one of them "Sheridans" I think it was .22 cal (I know it wasn't .177 it was larger) and it.  It felled many rodents, blue-jay's, squirrels over its 30yr live span.  Couple of pumps is all it needed to dispatch whatever was in its sights.  I looked for it after his passing, and found it outside.  It was a pile of rust at that time  :smt010

That is beautiful.  Look at all that walnut!

I have a Crosman 101 in .22 that was made in the '20's that I had rebuilt.  It only maxes out at 800 fps, but is a lot of fun.

Hey Eric, that look similar to the pistol grip style Marlin .22 rifle I've got. Cool!

My old Crosman co2 .177 took out a lot of cans in its day.

My neighbors thought putting a bird feeder in their fig tree was a good idea for the kids. It was an instant hit with the local rodents and the neighbors were hard headed about keeping it up. I came out one night and saw a particularly large one IN the fig tree, eating a fig, silhouetted by a full moon. Bad lighting choice on its behalf...
