How 'early'?  :smt003

I was actually thinking of hitting the A/R tomorrow morning for some topwater action but...I think I might be down to do it on Sunday. It really doesn't matter, I had some stuff to do this weekend but got most of it done this afternoon. Sunday is going to be 80 so the action should definitely turn on...

6:30 or so, sunrise is around 7:08 am.

Tomorrow I'm tired up with my son's b-day party and family.

I'm interested in trying that area again.

Where will you launch?

I was thinking about hitting the lower end of the river.Discovery under the bridge, does that work?

What are you fishing for and with what?

Fall run of Striper, multiple methods soaking bait, top water, swim baits, deep divers, etc.

The upper portion of the river is producing some steelhead but its hit or miss.

There's definitely a lot of topwater action in the morning...the other night right when me and novofish were leaving it was starting to turn on. Also, that night I was marking big things on the graph, though they could have been salmon. Usually sudden drops in temp REALLY turn things on. My bets on live bait putting a 35 incher in the 'yak. Sac pro tackle opens at 5:00, Broadway bait opens at 4:30 just an FYI.

Hey Abdiver,
I'll be there at around 6:30-45.
If I don't see you at the launch I'll just paddle upriver.
I'll bring my VHF - ch 69.

Sorry I couldn't make it guys.  When I woke up at 5:30, my mind said GO! but my body said NO!  :boxing:.

How many did you guys put in the boat today?
