Monterey Lovers Point 9/25

Planning on Lovers Point saturday morning around 7 am. First time there to fish. Anybody have any pointers on where to park, fish and bait? company welcome.

Anyone know if these conditions will be good for that area?  The graphics look like it would be bad to fish, but I am not good at knowing if its a secured cove at lovers point either.
