Hey all here is a short report of my day diving and hanging out with our friends from BamBoo Reef, On Saturday they had there Abalone pot luck picnic and dive at salt point. We all met up at south gertsle cove about 9am and bs'ed while watching the water which was about a 3 to 5ft swell in the cove and about 10ft vis, so we all got suited up and begun our dive. There wer about 15 divers, that Pam Tom and I tryed to keep an eye on since most were newer divers ecpect for Ab man who came up with the bigest ab of the day great hanging with you James. Most every body got there limit or at least an ab, this is a short vid I shot while playing around. In all a great day with good people.

Thanks Matt for the underwater video shot.  That profile view is a good reminder about needing to drop a few!  I should get on BigJim's Training Team.  :smt006

Four generations of AbWomen went shopping on Saturday leaving my Father-in-Law and I with some free time.  That's AbChild, AbWoman, AbGrammie and AbGreatGrammie.  We (AbMan and AbPaPa) weren't sure if we were going to do work on my honey do list or go diving. When we went to Bamboo Reef on Friday and talked to Pam about the Pot Luck the decision was easy.

It's always fun to get in the water.  Seeing a few new divers enjoying themselves, learning the sport and getting their first abs was very cool.

A few pics...
