I haven't fished it for over a month. All I got then was a 20" striper.

The general store right by the South ramp has minnows.

In Loving Memory of Mooch, Eelmaster, Shicken, and Cabeza De Martillo

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

Take the Lake Mendocino Drive exit and go east until it deadends into North State Street. Then go left and head north about a half a block and make a right onto Lake Mendocino Drive. The store with the minnows is down a ways on the left. The boatramp is at the end of the road. Warning: the store with the minnows almost never opens early and for an early launch you'd be better off bringing minnows up there. The boat ramp was closed last time I was there but you can still launch kayaks there.  jim
