Lover's Point - Monday July 5, 2010

Since the swell looks pretty big tomorrow I cancelled bean, however, I still want to go out.  Anyone for lover's point tomorrow?  Normally, I go down to SWS, but since the swell is up I'm thinking lover's point might be better, plus I have never fished over there so I thought it might be fun to go.  If anyone is interested I am thinking about getting there at 6:00 AM for a 7:00 AM launch.

Just what I was thinking. My wife and I are staying close by, so I'll be there. I'll be looking for pointers and tips, since I've been a pretty unsuccessful rockfisherman so far. Launching right at Lover's Point and heading west, correct?

Okay, then meet at lover's point at 6:00 AM.  If it looks good we'll launch from there, otherwise we will make a move at 6:15 AM.  In either case we should not be far off.  I'll be on channel 69.
