How do you upload videos?

Hello all,
I am trying to upload a video I made from the ARW Tournament  a few weeks ago and cannot upload it.  What is the best format to convert it to?  From what area do I post or reply?  Here is a link to you tube anyways:

Great picture quality and pretty good sound in your video - is that a waterproof camera?  What brand?

Hi Eric,
Its the new Kodak Playsport. It can record 1080p HD but I use the 720 @ 60 frames per second for smoother action.  It is waterproof to 3 meters or 10 feet.  Here's an underwater clip:

All you do is paste the link to the video on YouTube just make sure it is directly to the video

Man O Man !!!   How do I ever choose the best ones???  It was so hard last year and I think it will be harder this year.  Maybe I could have more months ??
