Went to half moon bay as planned but a little late. Got there to see a BIG swell
and decided it was to big to go out. :smt010

I checked the NOAA forecast yesterday and it said it was gonna be a little rough, but ive gone out 3 or 4
times and it said it wass gonna be rough and it was flat, or the other way around.

NOAA is not that great. take a look at those links. none of them are the noaa forecast.

note that you can check the bouys the morning you go. it is not a forecast, it is real time.

Of course, you can always just drive over and look.  that works too.

Hi, I am thinking of rock fishing at HMB next weekend (12.17), if the weather cooperates. Company are always welcome. Any advise for rockfishing at HMB would be appreciated.

Im gonna head out there also if the weather is ok. Ive fished out of HMB many times but
never in a kayak. So maybe ill see ya out there.
