Well I smoked the first batch for Da Mooch!!! and a guy donateing to the cause say's "boil it...when it floats to the top its done! Tastes better than lobster!!!"

well tasted pretty freaking close to lobster!!!  really close!!!  maybe if I used real butter.... Ummmmmmmm PS dont forget the brown sugar in the water!!!

Wow!  I never knew!  I've never tried Dino before, but that makes me want too! 

Dude U have no Idea!!! It was Sooooo Goooood!!!  big hunk lasted like 3 seconds!!!  And I swear it tasted like lobster!!!  my dad inhaled it and said " u got some more right?"  hehehe...no dad it goes to the Mooch!!!

the NW version of the same is to boil in straight 7-UP. suppose it about works the same as sugar water

I have a friend who just puts a pat of butter on a chunk of fish and microwaves it. Same basic flavor.
