Russians Once Again Secure Ft. Ross

There's an article in today's S.F. Chronicle about how a rich Russian is saving Ft. Ross from financial peril.

The Russian government and people are concerned that Ft. Ross may be lost, so the tycoon has set up a foundation to ensure that Ft. Ross stays open, budget crisis or not.

Asides from the great cultural history there, that means that access to the cove is ensured.
