For your own safety do not respond to this add. The boat does not exist these pictures are taken from other peoples craigslist ads. He is using this add to lure people to a location with cash so they can be mugged. I was jerked around for a week by this person since I was from out of the area and not an easy come right over target. Another person who went to see the boat was mugged and managed to fight his way out and report to the police. He will email with the phone number 415-480-4820 that he will never answer during the day and give you the run around when you finally do connect. He will try to meet you at the Marina since there are very few people around. If you do choose to try and go for it you choose the place and make sure there are lots of people around don't fall for this scam. His add has been flagged and removed 3 times lets continue flagging this guy and show him this will not be tolerated before he hurts someone.


I've had this one for about 2 years now. It's pretty big for a Sit-On-Top. This is one VERY sturdy boat. Paddling around rock gardens and shallows won't faze this boat. I've have taken it into the surf zone, and it's certainly capable. With it's moderate rocker design, the Scupper Pro TW tracks well and turns easily considering it's length. I've never felt the need for a rudder. Keeping pace easily with a group of touring boats proved to me that this SOT can truly be used in a variety of ways. The large bow hatch is fairly unique, and it's storage volume is way more than comparable cockpit boats because of the usable space between the upper deck and hull. Nevertheless its easy to overload the front of the boat with heavy items and ruin the trim. There is no foam flotation aboard, so the hatch cover must ALWAYS be secured and tight. I've seen people put kids and dogs up there- BAD IDEA! The aft TW recess is great because gear is more readily available when paddling. You can lash a cooler back there with 2 bungees. The boat paddles well loaded or light; it doesn't seem to make much difference BUT when loaded the bow will tend to cut thru chop instead of over, making for a wetter ride. This boat doesn't have knee straps for extreme conditions but they could be added. It has tremendous stability and is less "tippy" than many smaller SOT's. Beginners will feel safe and comfortable while more experienced paddlers can utilize this boat in many different ways. The biggest problem is with solo carrying- there's no easy way to pick it up by yourself. Comes with a paddle but I am keeping my fishing gear....Leave a message...No Lookie Lew Losers Looking for a free deal. Money talks first come first serve will deliver in the city only.....
