The Petaluma Small Craft Center Coalition had a demo day kind of thing at the petaluma river today..  Clavey was there with some yaks as well as a group with a big outrigger canoe, and the rowing club had their boats out to try.  There was a group there next to the clavey guys who had a bunch of SUPs to try so I gave it a go.. was fun!  I was surprised at how easy it was to get up and going.   Bit tippy at first, kind of like my first time in a touring boat but it felt a lot more stable as I went.

I couldnt figure where the poles and beer holders go tho.. :smt004

I've been wanting to try one of those myself.  But yes, definitely a lack of beer accommodations!
