Dove Timber cove today.  Bag of urchin.  No fish.  No big Ab's.  Heads up on the rough ocean and thick fog.  Probably only Fort Ross and Timber Cove were divable today.

Urchin:
When you get back on shore, use your ab iron and stick it in the urchin and crack it open.
I take out the dark veins, rinse in the sea water and pop it in my mouth.
Having some cold beers waiting on the rocks near the shore is the finishing touch.
The sweet uni taste, balanced by the salty sea water and a cold beer after a dive- nothing better.

Urchin over rice (if you are scared to eat it raw):
clean uni, top it over hot asian rice (no Uncle Ben's, unless your asian uncle is named Ben).  Add some sesame oil (if you can't handle uni taste).
Other toppings optional, such as tobiko (fish roe you find in your california rolls)
