From the reports it sounds like we should have gone to ARW, but that current scares me during these tides.

Paradise was calm and inviting this morning, launched at 8am and immediately hooked up with a 24" striper as the incoming tide was getting underway, trolling a chovie on a e-chip/flasher rig.  Released for some good fishing karma, but apparently you have to wait for processing as the hali love never came. Flach, Southpark and myself covered a lot of water trolling, chovies, herring and drifting live shiner perch, couple of crabs and maybe a couple of strikes on my flasher but no halibut.  Nobody on the pier or any boats around us seemed to be doing any better.

Nice striper!  Hard to believe sometimes that you can fish an entire day and only one fish is interested!
