Garth fattening up for the winter

Just heard from my mom who flew into Sac for the Holidays.  She lives in Nova Scotia.  She said I need to come over and eat my Christmas present...10 giant 3# lobsters....   I LOVE YOU MOM!!!!!

Wow 10, you are going to make ever kind of lobster dish on the planet.

 

I would love your mom too, if I could just get one of the 10. I am jealous.......

10 seems like a lot but with a big family that loves seafood ( and my sisters crew) I don't see them lasting all that long....essentially 1 giant lobster blah-lah party.  Not only that its getting worse.  My daughter turned 7 on Tues, and I let her pic a place togo for her b-day dinner.  Little rascal wanted sushi.  She ate enough hamachi sashimi that a trip to LJ is starting to look cost effective!

Sometimes it is possible to get them air freighted to SFO.  I'll talk to her about while I'm pigging out...I mean visiting with her.
