Danny/Superd270: Yep, just scale and gut, leave all fins on, two cuts on each side, rub some spice in slits and in belly cavity (we use creole seasoning, http://www.tonychachere.com/ , but I am sure anything would work), and throw it in very hot oil for 3-5 minutes on each side....turns out crispy on the outside, moist and flaky on the inside, and very tasty!!!

Al: Yeah, dude all pinners going back next weekend...unless they're floaters, then I would be forced to keep them and eat them!!!
