I replaced mine last year.  I found it on Ebay.  It was fairly inexpensive.  I wish I had bought an extra to power up my unit without being in the boat.  Also, in salt water it will go bad.  Having a spare is wise.

Mine corroded a while ago. Soooo, what I did was take a double wire and fold the end over hit it with a touch of solder and press em into the power inlets. Works like a cham, and it's been WAY more reliable than the original connections... I leave them pressed in and taped the wire to the depthfinder shaft. I just connect it at the battery. I don't know what type of "gold" they plate those connections with, but they don't last worth a damn around the salt. Also use diaelectric grease on the them too.
