Del Valle Sunday

I'll be hitting Del Valle this Sunday looking for some trout trolling love. Company is welcome!

Trout trolling has not been good at DV unless you get to dam and it is fair at best. All that said, Molly and I will come out and hang with you. I have some experimental lures I want to test at the south end. Since I will miss your farewell party, will bring my grill for a shore lunch.

My neighbor may take his PB so if that's the case I'll be in it with him otherwise I'll hook up with you guys on channel 69.

Won't be able to do a shore lunch but have something for you. Hope to launch around 8 AM.

No problem on the shore lunch, I don't eat much when I'm fishing anyhow. I'll try to be there by 8:00 am for the launch, but it will probably be closer to 8:30 for me. If you are already on the water I hail you on 69.

jay are you going to launch in your normal spot

Yeah, I'll launch next to the big tree on the far side of the boat launch parking lot. I can take my time there instead of rushing to get out of the way on the boat ramp.

I may come a join in with you as well, but it looks like there has been better fishing at Chabot so I may hit that. Not sure.

Golf fell thru, will be launching around 7am.  Hot rapala color last week was red.
