It's official B.A. has knocked the stank off his new yak

Fished Lake Chabot Super Bowl Sunday morning from @9:00 am. till @12:00 noon. Hooked three trout, but only landed two. I'm thinking I need to invest in a net. Nothing to brag about, but it did feel good. Biggest was about 1.5 lbs. nothing compared to what I lost the other day. It is better to have loved and lost than, well you know the rest. Thanks Pete (Stinkytofu) for the blue J5 tip. One of the choice items that were lost/ruined the other day on my maiden voyage was my cell/camera phone. I did take some pictures however and I'm trying to get them on line. My job is very unpredictable, and I usually don,t know when I will be off, so I apologize for not letting anybody know that I was going. It was a spur of the moment type of thing.

Way to go!  Fish blood on the yak with great weather sure beats watching my money fly away as the Colts get their butt spanked by the Saints!!!
