Hali hunt. Non yak.

Not a yak trip... but a fun time. We left alameda a bit late... 9ish. Arrived a paradise to play dodge the other boats for awhile. Sat in a cove for a bit.

Headed over to AI for a bit... then over to OP. Saw a hobbie fisherman there.



No fish... but a great day out there.

We tried drifting tray bait herring (looked great) and regular frozen anchovies. Also tried a little trolling... which I suck at. Need another bucket out to slow us down a little more... one bucket wasn't doing enough.

NICE BOAT ... YOU SHOULDA FISHED ALAMEDA BALLENA BAY BY THE FLAG POLE..MY FRIEND (BIG DADDY) HOOKED ON A 29" HALI OF THE ROCKS SATURDAY.
