Ice Fishing Zion

My son Logan and I ice fished Steinaker Reservoir, 10 minutes from my house in NE Utah. All I can say is I ice fish because I have to, my lake is frozen   It was fun.   Trying Chuck's Indian Candy smoked fish recipe.

is the orange color of the flesh due to the smoking process?
