I went out to China Camp Saturday and fished the first half of the outgoing tide. Conditions were perfect, smooth water, barely any breeze, partial sunshine and fairly fast tide. Set up upstream from rat rock, bait was ghost and grass shrimp. Caught nothing, no bites, bait was untouched. Saw several other boats (but no yaks, I guess everyone went to OAP) and lots of shore anglers, but didn't see anything caught by anyone. A beautiful, uneventful day.

Sorry you got skunk like us too  :smt003  But it's definitely a nice day to be OTW.  Thanks for the report Mike.

Nice try Mike. Will you be back there this Saturday rain or shine? I'd like to try that place if weather permits Saturday.

I think I'm going to try the sturgeon derby at McNears this saturday, weather permitting. I expect I'll be back to CC sometime soon though.
