Did you go out Craig? I've dove a few coves there in the past few years and it looks like the locals are all divers. Keep me posted when you go!

Sea ranch has some great spots for the big ones especially if you have a yak you can launch from the public beaches and venture north or south of them you can easly find your self in the land of the giants. The secrete is to get away from the main pressure spots whisch is easy to do with a yak. just my 2-cents.
