With the rain are winds expected to reach 30 to 35 mph on Tuesday, gusting to 45 mph, and surf that could be 35 to 45 feet along the coast.

Coastal surf of 45 feet is extreme and the Sonoma Coast State Parks is prepared to close beaches as necessary, said Damien Jones, supervising ranger at Salmon Creek.

 

I might have to take a vacation day just to go and watch, get coffee from the old guy coffee shop (can't remember the name but you know the one), and go park at Duncan's landing, did it on a 24ft day, wasn't as impressive as I expected, but 30+ might get me up there.
