I would be willing to go out somewhere tomorrow, but as I am a newbie, I am a little skittish due to the high winds forecasted just about everywhere within a 100 mile radius from me.  At what point does it become unpleasant to be out on the water with high wind and at what point is it just plain unsafe?  Thanks.
