My wife and I fished Clear Lake and Mendocino at X'mas. Water level at Lake Mendocino is very low. Bring your cart if you go. FF broke, could not find any fish at Lake Mendocino. Clear Lake is more interesting. Fished the north shore with minnows and got some action. Clear Lake is a beautiful place.

WOW - the water level in mendo is REALLY low :smt011 A bunch of us were there not too long ago and the water level wasn't that bad.
